Project Management Consultant Head

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and guide a team of Project Management Consultants.

- Oversee multiple consulting projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client requirements.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring project success.

- Develop and implement project management strategies for improved efficiency.

- Allocate resources effectively to optimize project performance.

- Enforce quality standards to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.

- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.

- Foster team growth, learning, and collaboration.

- Maintain accurate project documentation and generate comprehensive reports.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external.

- Qualifications " 

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.

- PMI or equivalent certification is a plus.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
