AAK - Maintenance Manager - Utility Department (8-12 yrs)
Key Deliverables :
1. Overall responsibility of Maintenance, Utility & Project.
2. Management of manpower for Maintenance & Utility Department.
3. Preparing and implementing schedule for maintenance activity of various machines, equipment in plant.
4. Achieve target of Zero Maintenance / Break Down and minimize possibility of Plant Shut Down.
5. Planning & execution of Fabrication & Modification work.
6. Provide long term solutions for smooth, safe and continuous operation of plant and taking actions to control /minimize downtime of plant and utilities due to breakdowns, leakages, troubleshooting etc.
7. Daily report checking and problem solving.
8. Planning and execution of Preventive Maintenance.
9. Ensuring smooth and safe operation of Boilers and co-ordinating Government inspection of the same.
10. Ensuring smooth and safe operation of R.O Plant and Ammonia chilling plant.
11. Preparing MIS report for Production Manager / General Manager.
12. Providing technical guidelines and technical knowledge to the Maintenance & Utility Team.
13. Ensuring proper implementation of SOP during Maintenance activity.
14. Ensuring strict implementation of safety.
Technical Skills Required :
- Good Knowledge about various Pumps, Valves, Machines, Rotary equipments, Motors, R.O. Plant, Boiler Operation & Boiler proficiency etc.
- Other Skills Required : Leadership Skills, Positive Attitude, Effective communication skills, Planning and Time management,
Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8-12 Years of experience in Oil and Fats Industry, Boiler Proficiency Certificate is an additional advantage.
