Aakash Exploration is looking for a full time Tender Executive and Billing Executive in Ahmedabad head office.

Desired Candidate Profile : Tender Executive

Responsible for complete bid management Preparing technical bid set, surfing Tenders from websites. Command on English language Good presence of mind

Roles and Responsibilities : Tender Executive

- When the oil companies float their Tenders on their portals, the Tendering department matches their demand to our supplies. Communicate and discuss it with the technical department, scope of work for technical check with requirement is done. If the technical department approves then quotations and bids are sent, with accurate estimations, negotiations and communication with clients. 

- This requires good negotiation as well as communication skills; most important character of our tendering team is that we love providing prompt and best quality services to our clients.

Desired Candidate Profile : (Billing Executive)

- Adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data 

- Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information 

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) 

- Proficiency in English 

- Results-driven and patient 

- High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness

Roles and Responsibilities : (Billing Executive)

- Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility 

- Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies 

- Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices 

- Check the validity of debit accounts 

- Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments 

- Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines 

- Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients

- Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data

Education : 

UG : Any Graduate (Preferably Commerce)

PG : Any Specialization
