Aakash Institute - General Manager - Infrastructure & Real Estate (8-10 yrs)
For various infrastructure projects/office set ups, this position holder will be responsible for -
- Planning
- Feasibility Study
- Commercial Negotiation
- Project - preparation: Premise sourcing & selection
- Contracting
- Layout/engineering- design
- Construction assignment & supervision
- Engage third party vendors for audits and reviews as and when necessary
- Complete end-to- end Project- management
- Collaborate on all phases with architect, vendors, & internal team for interiors or centre set up projects, including needs,- conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration
- Site selection for project, negotiation with landlords, brokers and involved party to help company company get most suitable deal
- Contracting, legal review collaboration
- Assigning jobs and monitoring the vendors
- Collaborate and lead in selection of furniture, fabrics, equipment, lighting and specifications.
- Work- closely with purchase, quality and business team to ensure timely- project initiation and completion
- Develop- space- planning- concepts and generate program documents.
- Provide project team coordination for the finished- plans, specifications, and material- selections required for construction.
- Work with consultants, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project
