Job Responsibilities:
This position holder will be accountable for delivering demands through multi-vendor (National & International) & sub-contracting engagements, in order to fulfill requirements of internal stakeholders & organizational requirements.
- Budgeting of spends
- Managing Purchase/Procurement Supply Chain Management related to all requirements - Electronics, Infrastructure, Center Operations etc.
- Planning & implementing Ticketing system.
- Monitor supply constraints that may affect performance and delivery. Hands-on supply chain, warehousing and administration expertise that results in process improvement and cost savings. Exceptional understanding of critical management functions with deep knowledge of sourcing, procurement, quality control, maintenance, vendor selection and delivery.
- Vendor Management
- Design and drive vendor management strategy, systems and processes. Renegotiation for cost effectiveness.
- Agreement management of all vendors
- Develop (find and qualify) vendors for the demands in the pipeline to secure capacity, reduce costs and assure high-quality deliverable. Ensuring Quality sampling in best of cost for all requirements.
- Evaluation of the vendors and manage vendor performance metrics to drive continuous performance improvement
- Establish and build strong relationships with necessary stakeholders on the vendor- side
- Manage vendor payment issues and interact with Finance to solve them
- Management of Dispatches in cost effective way.
- Continual improvement of processes and technology/automation strategy, to ensure is on the cutting-edge
- Liaise with Demand Managers to understand the demands in pipeline
- Understand the requirements, processes, and key deliverables/metrics to be tracked
- The candidate should be a keen strategist with expertise in managing end to end purchase operations, with strong emphasis on P & L
- Stock reconciliation-Supply Chain part
- Responsible for reducing Out of Stock on shelf and Inventory turns
- Support Finance on timely reconciliation for PO vs delivery
Desired Profile-
- Vendor management, Project management, delivery experience, planning, risk and issue management
- Must have managed IT Software & Hardware vendors.
- Must have exposure of GST
- Creativity and innovative leadership
- Proven experience in process improvement, budget control, performance analysis, and contract management
- Previous experience developing and implementing procurement strategies
- General knowledge of supply chain management principles and strong working knowledge of operations processes
