Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager Project with a proven track record in managing high-rise building projects and luxury villa developments in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in overseeing various project departments and their respective Heads (HODs). This role reports directly to the Chairman and stakeholders, working closely with them to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of multiple high-rise building and luxury villa projects in Hyderabad.

- Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

- Oversee and coordinate multiple departments, including Quantity Surveying, Quality Control, Planning, Procurement, and Execution (Structure, Finishing, External, MEP, Electrical).

- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve project objectives.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to the Chairman and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- 15+ years of experience in managing high-rise building projects and luxury villa developments.

- Extensive experience in overseeing multiple departments, including Quantity Surveying, Quality Control, Planning, Procurement, and Execution (Structure, Finishing, External, MEP, Electrical).

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure.

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Professional certifications such as PMP, RICS, or equivalent.
