Job Title/Position Title: Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager- Design (Automotive)
Education/Qualification : BE Mechanical/ NTTF- Tool Designing Diploma
Experience : 8-10 yrs in Tool Designing in Automotive Industry
Job Role Definition : Design And development of Parts & Molds
Responsibilities & Duties:-
- CAD- Making mould designs & 3D-Models of entire assembling parts consist of many components. Using Auto Cad & Unigraphics, (solid/surface/drafting/assembly)
- Core & cavity extraction from solid models.
- Conversion of 3D Models to 2D drawings in drawing mode.
- QRM data presentation for individuals.
- Should be able to work independently.
Job Output :
- Design output of 2 tools /month.
- Feasibility /proposals for new part development.
- Completion of modification as per design plan.
- Maintaining 0 DMRN.
- 10%Saving in design hours, raw material then the target provided.
- Maintaining the Design Plan.
- Presenting design QRM data every month.
- New initiative - Value Engineering /weight reduction
