AC Technician (0-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Install new air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine maintenance on AC units, including cleaning, filter replacement, and system checks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system malfunctions.
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, and wiring.
- Test AC systems for proper operation after repairs or installations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques in the HVAC field.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certifications / Diploma in relevant field
- Proven experience in installation and servicing of a variety of air conditioning systems.
- Solid understanding of HVAC principles and systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
