ACE INTERNATIONAL - Logistic Coordinator (2-5 yrs)
1. Plan, schedule, and coordinate transportation routes for the timely delivery of dairy products to customers, warehouses, and distribution centres.
2. Monitor transportation operations to ensure compliance with delivery schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
3. Collaborate with third-party transport providers, fleet operators, and drivers to ensure on-time and safe deliveries.
4. Manage the daily transportation of dairy products, ensuring that all regulatory requirements and temperature control standards are met.
5. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing transportation routes to minimize costs and improve delivery efficiency.
6. Ensure that all dairy products are transported under the correct conditions, maintaining Food Safe Vehicle.
7. Stay updated with local, state, and federal transportation regulations, including those specific to food safety and dairy products.
8. Monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of products for transportation and adjust delivery schedules accordingly.
9. Track and record shipments, updating customers and internal teams with real-time status reports.
10. Handle any delays, damages, or issues with shipments, ensuring effective resolution and minimal disruption.
11. Negotiate rates with transportation providers to ensure the best possible value for the company.
12. Maintain and process all necessary transportation documents, including invoices, delivery receipts, and compliance reports.
13. Ensure that transportation operations adhere to safety standards, minimizing the risk of accidents, product contamination, and product damage.
