Job Description:

Inaya Couture is looking for an Admin to manage all administrative tasks at our women's ethnic wear store. If you have at least 3 years of experience in administration, are organized, and have good problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- General Admin Work: Handle office tasks like maintaining records, managing files, and organizing office supplies.

- Store Maintenance: Make sure the store is well-maintained by coordinating services like electrical, plumbing, and AC repairs.

- Material Sourcing: Find and purchase the materials needed for the store's daily operations.

- Store Support: Help maintain the store's appearance and ensure everything is in working order.

- Vendor Communication: Work with service providers and vendors to get repairs or services done.

- Communication: Keep in touch with the team and external vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly.
