Administration & Facilities Management Role (4-6 yrs)
- To manage the Front desk operations, visitors etc.
- To manage & supervise housekeeping, security & canteen personals.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies.
- Assist in travel arrangements which includes planning out itineraries, Flight booking, hotel and car, foreign exchange etc,
- Assist in Visa arrangement for international travel.
- Process travel claims.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for senior management.
- Maintain Business Contact List
- Maintenance of office accounts including petty cash
- Arrange for couriers and track product shipments and deliveries.
- Assist in renewal of corporate membership programs.
- Assist in tracking office budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate and process payment of claims from employees.
- Assist in audits and timely payment of taxes (E-tax, Prof Tax)
- Co-ordinate with various vendors for maintenance & renewal of AMCs for Printers, AC, Phones, office equipments, workstations, workplaces.
- Co-ordinate with external network team on hardware and software purchases.
- Arrange for timely payment of invoices.
- Procurement of non-IT office requirements.
- Warehouse administrative operations & HR support (Visit once a week).
- Maintain daily attendance register & Shop act registers.
- Track employee leave plans.
- Assist in coordinating company events & business conferences/Meetings.
- Support senior management to short-list/screen candidates for interviews and coordinate interview schedules
- Liasoning with manpower consultants, Labour Department & Statutory Consultants.
- Assistance in Recruitment processes.
- Good knowledge in Statutory compliance and policy.
- Good experience in facility management
- Willing to work for 6 days a week
- Willing to travel on official requirements
