KRA :
1) Office Administration - Upkeep of office administration and facilities
2) Record & Book Management - Record Registers, In/out Registers maintainance
3) Vendor Management - Dealing with vendors for specif work like Electricity, Electrical, Stationary, Facility etc.
4) Transport Management - Keep track of officel vehicles and vehicle demand register updates
5) Inventory Management - Upkeep the books of Inventory, Stock, Purchase etc.
Requirements :
Experience - 2-5 Years
Education - Any Graduate; Post Graduation in Office Administration or Personal Management
Certification - Office Administration or Executive Assistant
Computer Proficiency - Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social Media Tools, General Office Automation Tools
Age - 22-30 Years
Preferences - Good Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills, Self Motivator and can maintain confidentiality
