AGM - Building Projects - Contracting Firm (15-20 yrs)
Qual. : BE Civil
The person should have Government projects ( building projects) with Contracting company.
He would be involved right from Planning, Manpower Mobilization, Material and Equipment arrangement required for the project, Execution, Billing, Quality, Safety, Basic administration, Liasoning, Client coordination, Profit & Loss of the project etc.
Main Responsibilities shall include following tasks :
1.Project Management
- Maintaining coordination with core team for screening studies, site selection, concept and feasibility assessments and the production of basic design packages for new projects.
- Driving a team of multi-disciplinary professionals and liaising with the client at all stages of the project for securing approval, finalisation of specifications, reporting progress and final handover.
2. Site Management
- Coordinating with contracting firms in all aspects for appropriate handling of projects.
- Monitoring and ensuring efficient inventory management.
3.Contract Management/ Techno commercial Activities
- Making preliminary cost estimates for construction and up-gradation, RFP for procurement; invitation, evaluation of proposals & appointment of contractors. Executing & evaluating the ongoing projects. Interpreting contractual obligations/rights.
