AGM/DGM - Mould & Tool Design & Costing - Electronic Component Manufacturing (7-19 yrs)
Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager- to lead our Products, Mold, and Tools-Costing and Design teams. The successful candidate will oversee the costing and design functions, ensuring cost efficiency, product quality, and innovation. This role is critical to optimizing product designs, controlling costs, and enhancing the overall manufacturing process.
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Design, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in costing and design management within the manufacturing industry, particularly with products, molds, and tools.
2. Strong knowledge of costing principles, product design, and manufacturing processes.
3. Proven experience in cost analysis, financial management, and budget preparation. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
5. Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
6. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
