- We have an excellent and urgent opening for the position of Quality Head with one of the well known Textile company in Kanpur(U.P.)
Job Description :
Eligibility : Male candidate with experience of more than 20 years in sewing thread manufacturing industry.
Academic qualification: : M.Tech (Textile Technology) Or M.Tech (Fibre science)
Job Title : AGM/DGM
Reporting To : Manufacturing Head / Head of Operations
Positions Reporting To The Job : Worker/Supervisors/Officers
Job Location : Kanpur
Job purpose : Responsible for Quality assurance, new product development & MR office
KRA Measurement :
1. Preparation of production process Reporting to GM- operation for process abnormalities & resolve the abnormalities
2. Follow up of development samples To assure that samples of spun material should be delivered with 72 hours and samples of filament material should be delivered within 96 hours.
3. Resolving the customer problem & Chalk out concrete plan to resolve the problem by implementation of preventive action. effective actions.
4. Ensure the quality of incoming Analysis of raw material & coordination with purchase & raw material and Packing material, production department.
Responsibilities :
- Reduction of customer complaint by ensuring disciplined process flow and ensuring SOP adherence.
- Implementation of process flow in production process.
- Follow up of development samples
- New Process/product development
- GRN of raw material.
- Handling of customer complaint.
