Job Description : The incumbent will be responsible for the following :
1. Ongoing benchmark of static product range and ensure comprehensiveness
2. Ensure competitiveness of the products in the static range
3. Value analysis and value engineering
4. Identify and implement differentiator for the static products
5. Develop and establish value proposition for the static products
6. Analyze APO designs and identify scope for standardization
7. Drive standardization projects
8. Reduce total cost of projects
9. Ensure productivity improvement in design through design automation
10. Enable dealers to improve their value offering to customers
11. Improve productivity at divisional level through digital actions
12. Develop and implement actions which improves customer delight
13. Competency development
14. Develop training programs for design/sales/dealers
15. Ensure relevant teams reaches defined levels of competency
Requisite Qualification :
- Essential Any Engineering
- Preferred Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering
Requisite Experience : Essential 8 Years of Experience
Preferred : 8 yrs with a min of 2 years in the logistics domain
