AGM/GM - Operations - Food Derivatives (15-20 yrs)

Job Requirement :
BE / B.Tech - Food technology, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Production engineering qualified professional with 15+ Years of experience into operations, productions, overall factory & plant operations.
Job Role :
- Handle entire operations of the company at Site and assist the Production process, mechanical, civil, utilities 9Boilers, chillers, nitrogen, water treatment, effluent treatment, gas fired boilers, FO & Diesel storage, LP/Propane Storage, power generators), electrical, industrial safety, admin, hrd responsibilities.
- Knowledge in handling and safety procedures for hazardous chemicals installations shall be an added advantage.
- Must be conversant with Govt. rules and regulation for the Factory, explosive license, GPCB norms, labor laws and Safety, health, environment & Boiler.
- Must be conversant with material handling systems like chain conveyors, bucket conveyors, pneumatic conveying, rotating screening machines, centrifugal fans, roots blowers etc. with the operation & maintenance aspects.
- Must be well versed with ISO systems.
- Able to handle and work as a team.
- Able to handle workers and staff.
- Familiar with ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004, OHSAS 18001: 2007, FSSC- 22000:2005, SA 8000: 2014, FPA-SAFE, SEDEX : SMETA- 4 Pillar.
