Job Description :
- Heading the team of Project and Maintenance
- Validation of the plant.
- Handling of all the man power in maintenance department,
- Save the power,
- Save the water circulated in our loop line system,
- Boiler ( Trouble shooting, E&C of all type of Boilers,IBR & Non IBR )
- Utility ( Air compressor, Chiller, N2 Plant, DG,Eletrical Panels etc)
- Water system for Pharma like softener, RO, DM, EDI etc.
- HVAC - Class 100, Class 10000,Class 100000
- Project -E&C.(Burners, Boilers, Heaters, Thermopacs, Gas trains DTC.)
- Documentation cGMP, WHO,ISO,US FDA, MHRA, etc.
- Formulation Tablet,Capsule Injectable & API Plant Maintenance ( Production, QC Equipment )
- Calibration, Validation of all Instruments in Pharma.
- Maintenance of All the Automation / Instrumentation. - Maintenance of Process Equipments.
- Anchoring end to end implementation of onsite activities, including works scheduling and monitoring progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost of time overruns.
