QUALIFICATION: BTECH MECH (REGULAR)

Division-Maintenance Turnaround

Helping in developing Turnaround Management System, planning for turnarounds, select teams, personnel rosters and over-sight on turnaround planning,& control plan& its communication with SAP PM module.

- The candidate will provide planning, cost estimation support to the turnaround planning cell that will result in safe, environmentally compliant, timely, successful and cost-effective execution of shutdowns and Refinery turnarounds.

- Arriving on resource requirement - manpower & Material

- Accountable for setting accurate cost estimation and turnaround budgets.

- Planning/ procurement action for material in coordination with maintenance.

- Lining up of contacts required for turnaround in coordination with maintenance.

- Planning, scheduling, allocation of heavy equipment ( cranes etc.) hot work gangs

- Preparation of expected last moment surprise jobs list in coordination with experienced operation, maint. & TS staff and make ready the plan for this.

- Tracking of job progress, raising alerts.

- Generation of MIS and conducting turnaround meetings.

- Conducting communication meetings with contractors .

- Ensuring Capturing of work history in SAP/ turnaround process software.

- Accountable for Turnaround Management system compliance for major turnaround.
