AGM Quality Assurance - Gear Manufacturing Industry (10-15 yrs)

Note : Gear Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
Designation : QA - AGM
Qualification : Diploma / BE Mechanical
Experience : 10 to 15 yrs in gear manufacturing
Location : Chakan, Pune
Job Role :
1) Responsible for incoming, in process and final product QA
2) Calibration measuring instruments, gauages, etc
3) Handling customer complaints, and giving corrective/preventive actions.
4) Actively supporting to the Vendor for their process related problems.
5) Analyzing monthly internal rejections/rework and giving corrective and preventive actions.
6) Preparing Quality plans.
7) Calculating supplier QA rating monthly and getting corrective action for the same.
8) Active Participation in new developments
9) Monitoring STD room activities.
10) Knowledge of using profile projector, plating thickness testing machine, spring testing machines, Dial-Dial stands, Control graphs, bore gauge setting, roughness testing machine, Hardness testing machines.
11) Overall responsibility of development QMS
12) Able to Prepare plan & conduct internal audits
13) Documents and record controls.
