AGM - Real Estate Projects (12-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Execution :
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, considering timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of the project.
Construction Planning and Execution :
- Develop and implement comprehensive construction plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
- Oversee the construction phase, collaborating closely with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Quality Control :
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that construction activities adhere to the highest standards of craftsmanship and luxury.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
Budget and Cost Management :
- Manage construction budgets effectively, monitoring expenditures and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure financial objectives are met.
Schedule Adherence :
- Develop and maintain a detailed construction schedule, monitoring progress and taking corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Coordinate with project teams to address any delays or obstacles affecting the construction timeline.
Safety and Regulatory Compliance :
- Prioritize and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on the construction site.
- Stay informed about relevant building codes, permits, and other legal requirements.
Stakeholder Communication :
- Act as the main point of contact for construction-related matters, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Risk Management :
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the project remains at the forefront of luxury real estate development.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in project/ construction management, with at least 5 years in luxury real estate development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-rise projects from conception to completion.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with the South Mumbai real estate market is a plus
