- Involved in projects from concept to execution stages of design.
- Developing design baselines; estimating engineering man-hours.
- Designing, reviewing, monitoring, planning and controlling engineering design with respect to cost, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory completion of design engineering.
- Conceptual planning of structural scheme for various types of structures.
- Direction to Design Engineer & CAD technician from planning to construction.
- Detailed analysis and design of various members of structures by following relevant IS codes and BS codes.
- Detailing of various structural members.
- Co-ordination with other agencies (Architects, Services consultants, Contractors etc.) involved in the project.
- Checking of structural quantities prepared by junior engineer.
- Checking of final GFC drawings as per the design.
- Review of structural drawings for projects designed by Junior Engineers as per code compliance.
- Review, approve and process all structural technical submittals.
