AgroStar - Lead - Supply Chain (8-12 yrs)
- The primary role of the position will be to manage the entire supply chain operations & last mile logistics partner for AgroStar.
Job role and responsibility :-
- End to end responsibility for the smooth operations of company's warehouses.
- Manage a team of last-mile partners & Managers in developing, implementing and operating effective last-mile solutions.
- Plan & strategize location & bandwidth to Franchise.
- Performs analysis of Last-mile results and recommends actions to improve productivity, service levels and/or reduce costs.
- Develop procedures and KPI to monitor last mile performances, execute & implement SOPs in line with compliance.
- Ensures healthy functioning of Franchise Operations in terms of metrics like Delivery performance, cost control and service/money reconciliation.
- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation.
- Translate Business Learnings to Technology for product improvements in Last Mile Delivery.
- Instill strong SOP's and processes which are replicated at multiple company owned warehouses
- Work with leadership team on a regular basis to strengthen company's supply chain network
- Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or operations.
- Minimum 8-12 yrs. supply chain, inventory management, last mile logistics management & project management experience.
- Experience working with computer databases and tools such as MS-Excel
