Job Description :

The Mechanical Design Engineer (CFD) will work directly with Founder and other senior people of the company. He will be a part of companies- Research and Development department.He will be mainly focused on creating and developing and analyzing new concepts and designs of fluid and thermodynamic systems. He will have much of technical freedom in the process of any development. His work will be research oriented and creative.

Responsibilities include (But are not limited to) :

- To create the conceptual designs of the systems as per the functional requirements.

- To analyze and validate the conceptual designs by using Design validation tools ANSYS fluent/cfx.

- To design and analyze the systems having multiphase or DPM,flow through porous medium.

- To design and analyze the Turbo machines

- To analyze the Designs for Heat transfer through fluids and solids for heating and cooling.

- To lead the CFD department of R&D field

- Confidentiality should be maintained as per the company's policy.

Expected Experience :

- 1-2 years in CFD industrial projects by using ANSYS fluent/cfx, preferably involving flow through porous medium, multiphase and discrete phase modelling and high speed rotating solid like fans.

Expected skills :

- The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial in nature with deep commitment and to address the project requirements.

He should have :

- Post Graduation in Mechanical Department (CFD).

- Adequate Knowledge in CFD techniques and its industrial application

- Thorough understanding of physics in multiphase flow, discrete phase flow and rotating solids with fluid interaction and flow through porous media and heat transfer.

- Advanced skill in designing and analyzing the systems bysimulation of fluid flow and heat transfer by using CFD tool Ansys fluent/cfx.

- Experienced in doing industrial projects by using CFD

- Deep fascination of technology and willingness to learn.

- Capacity to take sound decisions.

- Outstanding organizational skills

- Infectious energy and enthusiasm.

- Very good professional communication skills
