Job Description :

The Product Design Engineer will work directly with Founder and other senior people of the company. He will be a part of companies- Research and Development department.He will be mainly focused on development of new products and projects. He will have much of technical freedom in the process of any development. His work will be research oriented and creative.

Responsibilities include (But are not limited to) :

- To create the conceptual designs of the product as per the functional requirements of any project

- To develop the conceptual design in to a design for manufacturability for plastics and metal.

- To analyze the structural strengths of the product by using mechanical simulations

- To build the prototypes of the product

- To lead the Mechanical design of R&D department

- Confidentiality should be maintained as per the company's policy.

Expected Experience :

- 1-2 years in Product Designing preferably for any home electrical appliance product by using Solid works or any other Mechanical Design Software.

Expected skills :

- The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial in nature with deep commitment and to address the project requirements.

He should have :

- Educational Background in Mechanical Department (Machine Designing).

- Knowledge in designing mechanical systems or products as per the functional requirements.

- Ability to design for manufacturability for any plastic products or metallic systems

- Advanced skill in Designing by using any Mechanical cad Design tools and in doing structural analysis

- Experienced in developing the conceptual designs and DFM

- Deep fascination of technology and willingness to learn.

- Capacity to take sound decisions.

- Outstanding organizational skills

- Infectious energy and enthusiasm.

- Very good professional communication skills
