We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Project Engineer to oversee and manage site-related activities for our solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical components, solar PV projects, and effective team coordination skills. This role involves handling various site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining excellent customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management:

- Oversee all site-related activities to ensure the project progresses according to schedule and quality standards.

- Perform layout marking and supervise site operations to align with project plans.

Permitting and Compliance:

- Obtain and manage on-site permits from customers as required for project execution.

Customer Relations:

- Interact with customers to address any concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with project progress.

Reporting:

- Report delays and any issues from the site to the office, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed in a timely manner.

Material Handling:

- Manage the handling and delivery of materials to ensure that they are available when needed and are in good condition.

Team Coordination:

- Coordinate with various teams, including installation crews and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.

Installation Supervision:

- Supervise the installation process to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.

Technical Expertise:

- Apply a good knowledge of electrical components and solar PV systems to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise on-site.

Project Handover:

- Ensure a seamless handover of the project to the customer upon completion, including all necessary documentation and final inspections.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in solar PV projects or related fields.

- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical components and solar PV systems.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
