Almutahida - Production Machine Operator (2-5 yrs)
Production Operator Job Description :
- Netstal preform & cap line operation & the factory others of the art equipment's & assets in order to achieve the Company objectives.
- United preform factory has high speed, fully automated, state-of-art production lines from world leaders like, Netstal preform & cap line. Here also has atlas copco & kaeser Compressor, Ef chiller, Piovan materials drying system that have high end PLC programs and control. Forklift, cleaning etc. m/c can be monitored.
- Set up machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order.
- Perform testing procedures to ensure that machines work optimally during the production procedures.
- Maintain machine clean schedule before & after each shift.
- Daily write down all kind of information as like speed, capacity, cycle time, injection through put, temperature, size, shape, size with according to machine set up, alarm & problem solved details.
- Daily write down all kind of production & uses raw material, packaging materials details information.
- Calibrated machine at the beginning & end of each shift.
- Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running.
- Troubleshoot problems during machine operation.
- Perform random tests to ensure product quality accuracy.
- Daily perform checks on safety, air pressure, water pressure, flow & cooling temperature etc.
- Daily follow & maintain auxiliary machines as like chiller, compressor, dryer dehumidifier etc.log sheet
- Ensure stocks of needed materials are ready and available at all times.
- Provide relevant information regarding progress to supervisors/in-charges.
