Job Description : 

- Responsible for overall construction and project management of solar power projects.

- Responsible for the overall site execution as per design. Installation & Commissioning of Tracker systems.

- Commissioning of Entire SPV Plant. Understanding complete Electrical Design and drawings.

- Execution of cable trenches & laying like LV, MV, HV and DC.

- Erection & Commissioning of Combiner boxes, Inverters, Inverter

- Duty Transformers, RMUs, LV panels, MV panels, HV Panels & Power Transformers.

- Execution of 220/33 kV Pooling Sub Station. Erection and Testing of Sting Combiner Box.

- Laying of DC & AC cables, Laying of communication cables. Responsible for DC and AC side earthing system.

- Responsible for Module mounting and stinging works.

- Coordinate information with other departments/divisions as required for timely completion of the solar power projects

- Conduct studies, compute data, accept inputs and prepare reports relating to projects

- Responsible for the minimum breakdown in generation and restart the generation at the earliest in case of breakdown

- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly generation reports highlighting the issues and project progress

- Supervise supply and compliance with schedule of purchases.

- Make site inspections, development plan review, post development

- Coordinate with all discipline leads such as Operations, EHS and contractors for successful and smooth running of the plant.

- Responsible to understand drawings and details with inter disciplinary coordination.

- Ensure safety, Quality, and timely completion of activities

- Review meeting with all departments and contractors and preparing reports

- Technical Bidding with contractors.

- Responsibility for Vendor Management (Tools, Manpower & Equipment requirement)

- Coordinate with management for invoice tracking, material scheduling and material tracking.
