Job profile:
- Selling BMH Equipment, Process equipment.
- Candidates from related mining industry having Bulk and material handling equipment will be preferred.
- Calls on customers such as mines contractors and engineering houses at quarries, mine sites, principal offices and other establishments and attempts to convince prospective clients of desirability and practicability of products or services offered.
- Understand the complete BMH equipments and operation application.
- Should have commercial acumen to fill and expedite the complete approval process of vendor management in consultants, Govt Sectors, PSU and others.
- Develops and prepares quotations, estimates or projected increases in production or improved profitability from client's uses of proposed equipment or services in assistance with the Sales Manager.
- Generate enquiries for the installation base and look for opportunity for BMH and other mining products.
- Directs and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and receiving and shipping operations.
- Resolves customer complaints regarding equipment, supplies and services.
- Market intelligence within the Market area, develops agents and maintain relationships.
- Develops key account management, quotas and goals with Regional Manager.
- Develops sales opportunities in the assigned territory our customer base.
- Develops and maintains customer call schedules and reports regularly to Regional Manager.
- Monitors sales by customer against target and initiates corrective actions as required.
- Analyses spares and wears sales, price and cost statistics with Regional Manager to promoting sales.
- Delivers sales presentations to key clients.
- Prepares monthly sales reports showing sales volume, margin, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Ability to read, analyse and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations.
