Job Description :
JOB ROLE:
Site Quality inspection for structure and finishing items for High rise Towers.
Day to Day monitoring of incoming material(cement, steel, concrete, cement blocks, tiles, door frames and door shutters, etc.,) receive at site for testing and confirming accordingly with respect to approvals as quality standards
Inspection for the handing over of flats regarding quality issues in High rise tower and Villas, and resolving the same by issuing the snag list for the reworks
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Clearance of GRNs for materials like (cement, steel, cement blocks, tiles, door frames and door shutters, etc.,)
- Preparation of MIS reports for the activities completed on daily basis
- Maintaining/ updating laboratory reports without fail
- To assist dept head in sampling & testing for all material
- To assist in field inspection in the designated area
- To undertake tests as per national/international standards
- To prepare the formats and procedures
- To managing the quality management systems
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
Qualifications : B.E (Civil)
Certificate Course : Quality Assurance
Experience : 5-8 years
Current Position : Sr Engineer/AM
Specific areas of experience: Knowledge of High rise residential & commercial buildings is required.
