AM/DM - Quality Control (8-12 yrs)
M.Sc. in Chemistry, 8-12 years working experience in Quality Control of Cement Manufacturing Unit, experience of raw mix designing, Chemical & physical testing of cement, Quality control systems & procedures, knowledge of BIS codes, licensing processes, Benchmarking of products, knowledge about packaging materials, standardization of packaging bags, Cement applications, handling of Market complaints. Knowledge of cement behaviors in concrete.
Job Profile :
- Product Benchmarking of Company and Competitors co-ordinating with Marketing technical Services and submission of periodical report.
- To ensure product quality with agreed quality norms at all manufacturing locations: Analysis of SAP quality data, periodical submission of reports.
- Identification of quality gaps and execution of quality improvement plant with Plants.
- Benchmarking of Packaging Materials, standardization of packaging bags at Units.
- Analysis of quality issues of packaging bags, co-ordination with third party inspection agency, CPC and Plant.
- Analysis of customer complaints and to resolve customer complaints timely
- To ensure implementation of BIS Products codes, Laisoning with BIS Branch offices
