AM/DM - Vehicle Integration (5-10 yrs)
Summary Of Job :
Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for vehicle integration with different systems like structures, engine, cab, transmission, hydraulics, electricals and Engine auxiliaries.
2. Work with a cross functional team for resolving current product issues and improvements.
3. Responsible for running new projects as well as implementation of on-going improvements on current products, coordination with CFT Team for current product maintenance and field issues.
4. Would be a core member for any product related initiatives in the organization.
5. Will be responsible for communicating the changes to supplier and intercompany colleagues.
6. Responsible for making Layout, Vehicle Packaging and concept report of Vehicle as per the Project sign-off.
Candidate's Profile :
1. Incumbent must be BE/ME - Mechanical with 6 yrs to 9 yrs of experience
2. Preferably from off highway segment
3. Expertise on CAD tool (Unigraphics) and Engineering Release management.
4. Exposure to Vehicle Integration, Aggregate finalization, Test & Development work required.
5. Knowledge of 8D, DFMEA, DFA, DFM etc.
6. Knowledge of Industry Benchmarks, Standard and regulatory requirements required for Construction Equipment.
Required Skillset :
1. Sound Engineering Knowledge,
2. Good in Communication, Decision Making,
3. Planning thoroughly & Organizing, Analytical Ability.
