Job Description :

We are Looking for Candidates having Minimum Experience of 8 years from Pharma manufacturing industries.

Job Requirements :

- Knowledge of the operation monitoring of the utility equipment's like screw chiller, cooling tower, Ahus, Dehumidifier, humidifiers, dust collector, d.g.sets, air compressors, boiler etc.

- knowledge of the handling any type of the breakdown & preventive maintenance in HVAC and utility equipment of the Tablet/capsule plant..

- Preparation of SOP for engineering department.

- To Maintain Temperature / RH and Differential Pressure in Respective area. plant..

- To maintain operation of Window A/c and Split A/C, water cooler, DX System, healthy & working condition.

- To Maintain critical spares for Boiler, Air Compressor, Screw Compressor, AHU, and Filters. And the critical spares for the plant equipments

- To Knowledge of how to maintain Building Maintenance.

- To Knowledge of SAP System raise PR, bills certify & service entry for certified bills of utility area job work.

- Audit knowledge /direct exposure like MHRA, WHO, USFDA, etc. operation and maintenance knowledge of the purified water system is must.

- To prepare daily engineering utility report.

- To allocate proper job responsibilities to subordinate.

- Responsible for providing steam, compressed air, chilled water, purified water etc. without devation.

- Preparation, review and execution preventive maintenance schedule of utility equipment & HVAC.
