AM - Installation & Commissioning (5-9 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Clients & Team Management
- Should manage the on-site customers effectively by ensuring timely updates on installation progress and highlighting concerns well in advance
- Should develop and maintain strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders across Project, Program & Support teams
- Installation & Commissioning SOP Development
- Should develop standard day wise operating procedures (SOPs) for installing and commissioning products with maximum efficiency and minimum disruption at client site
- Should ensure SOP alignment with packaging & dispatch processes for proper sequencing & scheduling so that installation can be executed most efficiently
- Installation & Commissioning Planning
- Should create a detailed execution plan to complete the installation & commissioning within the stipulated timelines & allocated budget
- Should plan for the right mix of engineers & technicians to execute the installation & commissioning
- Should identify and plan for all procedures, drawings, tools & jigs needed at the time of installation & commissioning
- Installation & Commissioning Execution
- Should ensure all SOPs are followed and the products are deployed as per specifications and within the stipulated timelines
- Should ensure proper handover to Client Service team as per the defined handover process, post commissioning
- should ensure signing of commissioning certificate by the Client post-handover
- Should ensure detailed records of installation and provide feedback to all internal stakeholders for continuous improvement
- Should ensure safety standards and guidelines as per EHS are being followed during site installation & commissioning at all times
Requirements :
- B.E/B.Tech (EC/EEE/EI/ME) .
- 5+years of overall experience significant experience Installation and Commissioning of heavy/complex products.
- Global exposure is mandatory, preferably from Asia pacific region.
- Customer support skills mandatory.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and organizational agility.
- Ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, execution, quantitative skills combined with creativity and negotiation abilities.
