Role: Architecture Design - AM/Manager/AGM

Location: Gurgaon

Job Description:

- Design residential and commercial buildings as per prevailing municipal regulations

- Make plans, elevations for the projects

- Prepare and modify plans

- Coordinate with business development team

- Coordinate and handle process of approval

- Prepare working drawings and sales drawings during construction stage

- Detail the project plan by estimating man hours required and number of people required, possible timelines

- Act as a key mediator between the outsourced agency and team of design architects to seek updates, present drafts and incorporate feedback

- Receive project requests and draft designs

- Utilize necessary physical and digital tools to create initial drafts

- Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to ensure accuracy of early design work

- Revisit designs and make adjustments to designs as needed

- Research and incorporate artistic elements into designs as needed

- Ensure design specifications align to safety standards and governmental regulations

- Liaise with various professionals and departments to coordinate project details

- Receiving and reviewing project requests

- Planning and developing architectural designs

- Creating initial design drafts and submitting the same for approval

- Knowledge of municipal and bye laws and drawings is must

- Should be proactive and result oriented to achieve business success

- Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills

- Should have good networking skills

- Should be confident, clear and stable in thinking to deliver the results

- Should be flexible and adaptable

- Knowledge of interior design and site execution along with rate analysis
