Amar Cars - General Manager - Automobile Service Workshop (6-15 yrs)
- Responsible for taking care of entire Workshop and Body-shop department.
- Responsible for Manpower planning and management, team building and development in to the department.
- Achieving assigned targets, productivity and profitability by effective service marketing and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship and loyalty building.
- Warranty claim administration and coordinating with Insurance Companies and other service providers.
- Responsible for spare parts management and overall maintenance of building and equipment.
Required Background :
- Candidate with Diploma / Degree - Automobile / Mechanical with minimum 6 years of experience in to Automobile workshop.
