1. Building safety culture
2. Preparation of Annual plans & execution of activities with 100% compliance.
3. Ensuring the legal requirements in the plants with in the norms and reporting to concern authorities.
4. Establishing company level HSE OATs and guide the team to achieve.
5. Establishment and implementation of HSE management systems
6. Ensure 100% compliance on HSE trainings in W & S grade.
7. Collaborate work with plant heads and ensure legal compliance & zero incidents
8. Conducting HSE related celebrations & campaigns and ensuring high level participation
9. On time submission of MIS reports & focus on Continuous Improvement Programs
