Analog Design Engineer (5-10 yrs)
Description:
- Responsible for designing, improving, and analyzing analog circuits for IP Development Group.
- Responsible for detailed documentation of work done, in form of text, videos, confluence or any other required method.
- Responsible for timely and high-quality delivery of hard-core IPs using custom PVT, monte, reliability, ERC, TAV, net listing flows.
- As time to market is very critical to group, prompt and clear communication with local and global teams is must.
- Responsible to collaborate with other local and global teams for deep understanding and improvement of assigned circuits.
- Demonstrate leadership Skill in planning, area/time estimation, scheduling, delegation, and execution to meet project schedule/milestones in multiple project environment.
- Guide junior team members in their execution of Sub block-level layouts & review their work.
- Timely communication of circuit highlights and lowlights is required to improve design cycle time and resources.
