Job Description :

Title : Asst. Manager/ Manager- Operations & Process Excellence

Job Responsibilities :

- In close collaboration with business leadership, identify and define improvement opportunities that support the business- strategic objectives.

- Develop knowledge around business and functional domains (Merchandising, Marketing, Product Management,Finance, IT, HR and Analytics); understand business and process related challenges to identify and execute improvement opportunities through a blend of process re-engineering, process simplification, process management.

- Build framework for business process assessment using relevant approaches i.e. Lean Six Sigma, Process Simulations and Business Process Engineering Techniques. Expertise in process atomization (replacing manual processes and improved automatic processes).

- Leading the process improvement plan by adopting Customer Centric Approach, provide suggestions to business leaders to accomplish the desired outcomes.

- Provide an active coaching to executives and teams to ensure consistency with the strategy and operational goals

- Collaborate and build partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders across the geographies for effective and time bound execution of projects.

- Create and deploy effective BPI and communication strategy

- Build organizational capability improvement framework around innovative solutions, latest trends and methodologies and ensuring all staff are adequately trained on appropriate tools and techniques.

- Deliver the annual BPI strategic plan by executing and mentoring projects having wide business impact

Required Skill set :

- 3+ years of operations / business process excellence

- Strong project management skills

- Experienced in leading operations in mid to large scale Ecommerce/ Information Technology company is preferred.

- Strong strategist, ability to foresee.

- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills.

- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

- Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous business improvements

- Effective communication and coaching skills.

- Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional capacity

- A strong appetite for teamwork, and a just-do-it attitude

- Frequent traveling in India and abroad as per business requirements.

Required Qualifications :

- Diploma in IT/ Computers, B. Tech-CS/ IT- Preferred

- MBA

Preferred Qualifications : Experience with Six Sigma, Operational Excellence Black Belt certification desired
