Position: Project Planning & Co-ordinator
Responsibilities
- Project Monitoring: Oversee the end-to-end monitoring of projects to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordination: Liaise with all stakeholders, including the Execution Team, Vendors, and Management, to facilitate smooth project progression.
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring that all activities are logically sequenced and that resources are effectively allocated.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and Head of Projects to align project goals and strategies with organizational objectives.
- Deadline Management: Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met, and that work is completed according to the approved plan.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Reporting: Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and any required adjustments.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, progress reports, and communication records.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve project processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall project performance.
- Cost Optimization: Implement cost optimization strategies to reduce project costs without compromising quality. Identify areas for cost reduction and develop action plans to achieve financial efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to RERA and MHADA compliances throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. A degree from NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management and Research) is preferred.
- Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in project planning and management within the real estate industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
