Key Considerations :
- Oversee and execute Materials Planning, inventory management for Drugs, Medical Consumables, General Consumables, printing and Stationary, Housekeeping, linen, Lab
- Inventory management of consignment items used in the hospital.
- Implementing CPU (Central Purchase Unit) products/pricing and ensuring strict adherence to migration.
- Indent & Issue Management (Inventory Control of Main Store as well as other Sub Stores).
- Oversee Proper Storage and Preservation of Materials.
- Oversee Materials handling, Interhospital/clinic movement, and Transportation.
- Oversee Scrap and Surplus Acceptance, Disposal and Salvaging
- Oversee Cost Reduction through Standardization, Variety Reduction, and Value Engineering/Analysis.
- PO Management & and Closures.
- SOP preparation & roll out across formats
- Stores Management with safety stock and zero variance.
- Inventory analysis, planning, and control.
- Quality management
- Monitoring of Non-moving & Expiry items
- Consumption analysis and mapping with Chargeability
- Prepare and submit Management Information Reports.
- Mentor Stores Executives and review performances.
Desired Profile :
Qualification :
- Graduation / Post Graduation (Any) & Course in Material management/SCM
- 10-12 years- experience in Hospitals & Retail Organization will be preferred
- Inventory Control, Supply Chain & warehousing experience is mandatory
- Supply chain management (SCM) from Retail & Hospital Industry is mandatory
