Application Engineer (1-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Application Engineer to join our dynamic team, specializing in cutting-edge laser technologies. This role involves developing innovative solutions, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through hands-on engagement with laser systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on advanced laser technologies to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals and application notes.
- Deliver pre-sales technical support by conducting feasibility studies, sample processing, and system demonstrations.
- Offer post-sales support, including troubleshooting, calibration, and system optimization.
- Perform on-site commissioning and provide in-depth training on laser machinery.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand and meet their laser processing requirements.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in application engineering, laser systems, or related fields.
- Proven hands-on experience with laser welding, engraving, cutting, and robot operation.
- Familiarity with software and programming used in laser control systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills in a technical environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required.
