Application Support Engineer - Sensors (5-20 yrs)
JD :
1) Awareness of Automotive (gasoline and exposure of HEV/EV) landscape, OEM & Tier-1, and handson experience working with few sub-systems/ domains.
2) Have used and conversant with making structured reports, track progress, understand field issues/ failures, conduct FMEA, get protoytpes developed.
3) Good communicator, ability to connect with customers, internal organization teams and supply partners/ technology provider and deliver progress
4) Ability to grow relationship with customers that helps in translating into business wins. Manage multiple projects with report creation & tracking.
5) Self motivated with structured working and good communication (written & verbal) skills. Able to work with supply/ technology partners seeking clarifications, understand, review, communicate with customer and progress.
6) Strong technical accumen, go getter
7) Electrical Engineering with >5years experience in Applications development/ Integration & Testing, Customer site engineer, New Product Development, Support to Sales and Business development.
Specific Exp:
1) Handson experience using Sensors, Switches, connectors and actuators for automotive applications: on-board and off-board (EV charging). Good understanding of various suppliers and issues.
2) Technical understanding & ability to develop specifications from customer requirements, selection of right parts, Integration, testing and validating it
