Architect (3-5 yrs)
1. Project Planning & Design Development:
- Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations to assess project viability and possible challenges.
- Develop detailed architectural designs and plans, drawings, blueprints and 3D models using architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) for various real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Ensure designs comply with local zoning regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.
- Coordinate and or collaborate with third party architects, engineers, interior designers, contractors, and subcontractors to refine project requirements and ensure design feasibility.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
2. Project Management:
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Address design modifications or issues that arise during construction.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify construction progress and resolve any discrepancies.
3. Budget and Cost Control:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for architectural elements of project.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Identify cost saving opportunities and efficiencies without compromising on project quality or timelines.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and correspondence.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing project status, milestones, and performance metrics.
