Architect - Building/Real Estate (8-12 yrs)
Candidate with minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in design of high rise buildings in Mumbai
Essential :
- Degree in Architecture
- Experience of working with real estate developer on High Rise Mixed Use Developments
- Experience of having worked on Redevelopment projects, preferably in Mumbai City limits and 33(9) regulations.
- Understanding of applicable regulations DCPR 2034 & NBC 2016.
- Proven experience with 40+ floors (150 m tall ) high rise residential projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit Autodesk software / Sketchup / alternate 3D visualizing software.
- Hands-on experience of MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
Advantageous :
- Experience of working for a Design Agency
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities :
- Day to day coordination with design consultants as well as in-house design, liaison and site teams.
- Review of DBR and space planning
- Review of GFC and shop drawings received from consultants and contractors
- Review of technical submittals and technical review of material delivered at site.
- Regular site visits
- Documenting all process and creating SOPs
- Communication with all internal and external stake holder
