Architect/Civil Engineer - GFC Drawings (3-4 yrs)
To work in the projects team. Responsible for developing all GFCs and BOQ - including civil, interior, furniture.
- Needs to work closely with the design team to ensure the design concept is understood and there is a value-add to ensure material selection is appropriate, project costing budgets are met.
- Needs to be strong on materials and have a vendor base.
- The individual needs to be strong in auto cad.
- Minimum qualification is B Arch.
- Minimum work experience is 3 - 4 years in an architect firm. With at least some projects in hospitality/retail.
