Our Client is actively looking for an Architect to join their team in Vapi Gujarat.

Responsibility:

1. Preparing New Project Reports & checking its feasibility.

2. Assist in Design development and conceptualization of architectural drawings and producing working drawings.

3. Prepare Architecture and interior details as required.

4. Production of drawings, tenders, BOQ, and other relevant architectural & construction documentation.

5. Area analysis as per sale and/or approving authority requirements.

6. Coordination with consultant/vendor/site team to ensure smooth progress of the project.

7. Site visits to assuring proper implementation of the drawings on site and preparing reports on the project progress.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Able to work individually under the guidance of the lead architect.

2. Strong organizational skills and technical abilities.

3. Should have analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

4. Understanding of structural, MEP, and landscape drawings.

5. Should possess the following skill set: Auto CAD, Google Sketch, MS Office, etc. Knowledge of Photoshop & Revit Architecture shall be an added advantage.

6. Possess a strong sense of aesthetics, an eye for color and details, a sense of balance, and proportion, and an appreciation for beauty.

7. Smart approach to material selection and cost-effective solutions.

8. Passionate towards architectural projects, practice, and construction.

9. Good written and verbal communication skills and project management skills.

10. Ready to travel if required.

Education and experience:

1. Should possess a bachelor's degree in architecture.

2. Should be aware of the local bylaws.

3. Should have a minimum 5 years of experience in the field
