Architect - Housing/Commercial Projects (4-8 yrs)
Summary of Primary Functions and Responsibilities :
- Looking for enthusiastic architects with an aptitude towards creativity and designing.
- Candidates having experience of projects from inception to actual execution of work will be preferred with knowledge of details.
- Candidates should have an experience in Housing/mixed use/commercial projects.
- The individual must have good communication skills with an ability to express design to the client and at the same time get their feedback.
- Should have an ability to work on fast paced large scale projects.
- Creating, presenting and implementing design concepts according to a client's spatial needs and wants.
- Interacting with clients, understanding requirements and working out interior solutions for the project.
- Preparing technical drawings.
- Preparing client presentations with products, technical details, recommendations, responsible for getting approvals from clients on a look and feel presentation in the form of physical materials, 3D renders, etc.
- Advising clients at planning stage- discuss layout requirements, options, overall budget, and type of style and design.
- Brainstorm with creative heads in the organization to conceptualize and come up with one design language for the space.
- Coordinate between vendors, contractors, drafting team and service consultants.
