Jobs and Responsibilities:

- Concept finalization, Space planning, Prepare 3d views, Estimation, Billing, Monitoring and resolving technical issues at site

- Concept designing, preparing architectural & construction working drawings, details & schedule.

- Delivery of cost effective innovative designs.

- Working and supervising projects with attention to detail.

- Schedule and attend meetings with consultants, contractors & vendors.

- Strong understanding of latest trends & materials.

- Documentation & assist senior members of the project to coordinate with clients and consultants during meetings and site visits

- Interact on regular basis with vendors, client, Project Managers

- Verification of Presentation Drawings & salable drawings.

- Preparing of all the projects for Management reviews.

- Coordination with consultants & contractors for smooth execution of projects that may require onsite visits.

- Managing the full life cycle of projects from design documentation to delivery within a team environment

- Making Site visits for critical verification whenever necessary.

- Delivering Projects on time within specifications & assigned budget.

Desired Skills:

- 4- 8 years of experience.

- Proven experience in managing the full lifecycle of projects from design documentation to delivery within a team environment.

- Sound construction detailing skills including latest developments in building materials / Civil Engineering

- Client and construction supervision skills.

- Expertise in AutoCad ( 2D or 3D ) / Photoshop/ Coral draw/ Google sketchup / 3D max / MS Office

- Excellent client relationship skills.

- Well-developed report writing skills.

- An enthusiastic, dedicated and hard working personality.
