Job Specification :
1. Architect or Interior Designer
2. Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
3. Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
5. Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
6. Project Management skills
1. To ensure company delivers superior homes in market
2. Design and detail common areas and aesthetics of project
3. To coordinate with engineering team for execution of detailed common areas and finishes as envisaged during design conception stage
4. Suggest New ideas to finish project better and superior
5. Suggest superior aesthetics in design process
6. To benchmark how competitors are finishing their projects as compared to casagrand and learn from them
